Santa’s Villa Laavu is the ultimate getaway for a private meeting or VIP event. With full-service accommodation in a spectacular log villa, overlooking the fell landscapes, the dining room and living room serve a double purpose as a grand meeting room. Villa Laavu is located in a private and peaceful spot, in the Utsunvaara area, only 10 minutes from the center of Levi Ski Resort and 20 minutes from Kittilä Airport (KTT).
The three-story grand villa features a large living room with 8 meter high windows, fireplace and comfortable sitting area and dining area. The adjoining kitchen is fully-equipped. There is altogether seven bedrooms and a large sauna department with a fireplace room, changing room and jacuzzi.
The villa blends into its surroundings as it is built with natural materials: walls are built of big snag pine which makes the air indoors fresh; the two fire places are made of natural stone from Lapland; and the floors are of stone and oak parquet. The beddings are top Finnish quality, which are fireproof and hypoallergenic.

How to get there?
Address to Santa’s Villa Laavu: Utsunpisto 6, 99130 Sirkka (Levi). The area where the cottage is located is called Utsunvaara.
How to Get There by Plane?
Kittilä Airport is located approx 15 minute drive from Levi Ski Resort. There is an airport shuttle service between Kittilä Airport and Levi center. From Levi center or Airport you can take a taxi or rental car to Utsunvaara.
Private airport transfers available at request.
How to Get There by Train?
Nearest railway stations are in Kolari and in Rovaniemi. Kolari is 1 hour drive away (80 km) and Rovaniemi approx 1 h 45 min (170 km). There is rental car agencies in Rovaniemi and shuttle bus services from Kolari and Rovaniemi to Levi center, from where you need to take a taxi or rental car to Utsunvaara.
Private transfers from railway stations also available at request.
Is there parking places?
There is parking space and heating poles for several cars on the yard.
There is also a two car garage.

What are the Check-in and Check-out times?
Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am.
